Binding Contract
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bd baze. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms, including any future amendments published on this page.

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the bd baze online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bd-baze.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("the Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bd baze reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bd baze will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. In all cases, the most current version of these Terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all games, promotions, bonuses, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and any other services provided by bd baze. They should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bd baze and the Player.
The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is intended solely for players who access it voluntarily and with full understanding of the nature of gambling. bd baze provides its services in English and specifically caters to the English-speaking adult population in Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from any translation. All contractual communications between bd baze and the Player shall be conducted in English.
2 Age Restriction
The bd baze Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 18 years or above at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions — including Bangladesh — for persons under the age of 18 to gamble, and bd baze takes this obligation with the utmost seriousness.
At the point of registration, every Player must confirm that they are aged 18 or above. This confirmation is a mandatory condition of account creation. bd baze reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable proof of age documents include, but are not limited to:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport (any nationality)
- Bangladesh driving licence showing date of birth
- Birth certificate accompanied by a photo identity document
Where bd baze has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspended verification will be withheld until the verification process is complete. If verification confirms the Player is under 18, all winnings will be forfeited and any net deposits made while underage will be returned to the original payment source.
bd baze also strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. A list of reputable filtering solutions is available on the Responsible Gaming page.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the bd baze Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — a Player must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering an account with bd baze, Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all required fields, including their full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Players must not use fictitious names, the names of other individuals, or information they are not legally entitled to use.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bd baze. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd baze reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
3.3 Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. bd baze will never ask for a Player's password via email, live chat, or telephone. If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed without their authorisation, they must contact bd baze support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
bd baze operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and to protect both the Platform and its Players from fraud and identity theft. Players may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic account review. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bd baze supports a range of local payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on bd baze: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. bd baze reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment methods.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account verification status; the current maximum limits are displayed on the deposit screen.
- Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
- bd baze does not charge fees on deposits. However, Players should check with their individual payment provider for any fees charged on their end.
- Funds deposited must only come from payment accounts registered in the name of the Player. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the completion of identity verification.
- bd baze aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 15–45 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- Players must have wagered their total deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to their own separate wagering conditions.
4.4 Currency
All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts on bd baze are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd baze does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players should ensure that their payment method is configured to transact in BDT to avoid any currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or wallet provider.
5 Bonus Terms
bd baze offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise at the point of offer, all bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Player must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit amount, as specified — a defined number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer's individual terms.
5.2 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. bd baze recommends that Players review the expiry terms before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
bd baze operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics; colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially; and any other conduct that bd baze reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd baze reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the offending account.
5.4 Seasonal Promotions
bd baze runs seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch and are available to eligible registered Players only.
6 User Obligations
By registering and using the bd baze Platform, each Player agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to adhere to the following obligations at all times.
6.1 Accurate Information
Players must ensure that all information provided to bd baze — at registration and at any subsequent point of verification — is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Players must promptly update their account details if any information changes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
6.2 Lawful Use Only
Players must not use the bd baze Platform for any unlawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: money laundering, fraud, using funds derived from criminal activity, placing bets on behalf of third parties, and any other activity that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or internationally.
6.3 Technical Interference
Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise interfere with the bd baze Platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure. The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Responsible Conduct
Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions with bd baze staff and other users of the Platform. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support agents or other Players will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
6.5 Self-Exclusion Compliance
If a Player has voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme — either through bd baze or through any third-party responsible gambling service — they must not attempt to create a new account or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account will have all winnings forfeited and the account closed. bd baze is committed to honouring self-exclusion requests; Players who believe their self-exclusion has not been applied correctly should contact support immediately.
7 Account Closure
Either the Player or bd baze may close a Player's account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
A Player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting bd baze customer support at [email protected] with a written request to close the account. Before processing a voluntary closure, bd baze will confirm the Player's remaining balance and allow them to withdraw any eligible funds, provided all wagering requirements and KYC requirements have been met. Accounts closed voluntarily by Players may be reopened upon written request, subject to bd baze's discretion.
7.2 Closure by bd baze
bd baze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, cheating, or collusion
- bd baze has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other illegal activity
- The Player is found to be under 18 years of age
- The Player has registered a duplicate account
- Continued operation of the account would expose bd baze to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk
Where an account is closed by bd baze due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including pending winnings — may be forfeited at bd baze's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, a business decision to cease service in a particular region), bd baze will return the Player's net deposit balance.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bd baze reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 from dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. If the balance falls to zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
8 Liability & Disputes
This section sets out the limitations of bd baze's liability and the process for raising and resolving disputes with the Platform.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
bd baze provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd baze makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the Platform, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or available at all times. bd baze shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings — arising from system downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond bd baze's reasonable control.
In no event shall bd baze's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrectly displayed odds, bd baze reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error and to return the relevant stakes to Players' accounts. bd baze is not liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from game malfunctions. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software; where an outcome cannot be verified due to a malfunction, the round will be voided.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
If a Player has a dispute concerning any aspect of their bd baze account — including transactions, game outcomes, bonus settlements, or account actions — they should follow this process:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the relevant transaction ID, game reference, date and time, and the outcome sought. bd baze aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, they may request escalation to bd baze's senior complaints team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a team member not involved in the original response, and a final decision will be provided within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — Final Decision: The decision issued at Step 2 represents bd baze's final position. Players who remain dissatisfied with the outcome may seek independent legal advice regarding their options under applicable law.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through the process in Section 8.3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Players who access bd baze from Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
